I've lived her for over a year and still live here at the Pinnicle.

The apartments are large and well worth the rent.

The rent is VERY reasonable considering the area.

The manager is on the ball.

Everyone is very friendly.

Very clean, 24 hour security, all new gym equipment, pool and spa on the roof overlooking hollywood blvd, and the RunYun Cyn.

Park.
