Being at the base of Runyon Canyon is great; but for the hassle of dealing with the awful management this place is not worth it.
They will not fix or replace anything unless you put up a hugh fight and even then probably not.
The parking garages are always being emptied for some reason or another, and street parking is next to impossible to find.
The rooftop pool is very loud on the weekends and the building is full of partiers.
Keep looking around the area though because it is a great location

Though the management has gotten better since the previous manager was fired, the parties rage on. An occassional party every now and then is fine, but this Hollywood group of actors/waiters/graphic designers believe they are living episodes of Entourage. Parties on weeknights raging between the hours of 1am - 4am are not uncommon. Most of the denizens are friendly but many are superficial and uptight. Great place to live if you like that "old college dorm room" experience. I still live here and I can't recommend it.
