good place, good staff, very strict on rules

It is in a quiet place, and the apartments are pretty nice. The apartment itself is very sunny and parking is nice. The only thing wrong is that they are rediculously strict when it comes to rent payment. Anything later than the first of the month and they try to charge a 6% late fee. The rules were originally 3 days into the month until they sent out a notice saying that they had been way too lenient. The apartment is a little pricy but pretty good overall, if it wasn't for things like this.
