I don't know about the apartments facing away from Jefferson Blvd. because at the last minute before we moved in we got screwed and switched to one facing the road. The noise from the road is ridiculous. You can't sleep, you can't relax its always there. Esspecially fun when big-rig trucks zoom by at sixty miles an hour and shake the whole house. Also beware of tweeker neighbors that stay up all night long and move furniture or drop bowling balls (at least thats what it sounds like). Rent is average but no where near worth what you get. The spa is non-functioning, it took a week to get the elevator working again and the on-site manager is a pothead and a jerk and all he will do is stare at your chest! The apt. was crappily painted, and missing light switch covers and the stove had a gas leak when we moved in. It took three months to get a copy of our lease from the management company after numerous times asking for it. The mini-blinds are like 15 years old and break all the time. Oh and they try to pass shampooed carpets off for new carpet!
