The location is ideal. At first the ambience feels good. Once you move in, you realize how neglected the property is. The management is pathetic. They allow dogs but the manager Janet Rivera has made a business off of it. walking the dogs.

Don't let her in your apartment. She talks about everybody's business to everyone.
They make you put shock collars on your dog but don't for theirs. Who barks all day and gets the rest of the dogs barking btw.
I moved out a few months ago. The building is in much need of renovation.
There is rampant mold on the first floor apartments.
They allow 200-LB dogs on every floor. Including dangerous Pit bulls

There are many heavy smokers around.
If you do decide to move in, be prepared to keep your windows shut with a rusty old air conditioner.

Janet s husband Dan also manages the property. He can barely manage his wife s mouth let alone a multi family complex. I feel sorry for him.

Oh and the property is filthy. There is so much dog hair in the stair well it is disgusting.
