Not a whole lot of positive comments on this place. Crappy windows, doors, they keep cleaning the carpets - but underneath it's really dirty. Garage has a thick layer of dirt/dust which has NEVER been cleaned. People do not pick up after thier pets. Some people leave their pets on the balcony and never wash them. They stink up the hallways and the gates by the doors (since they only walk them far enough to go the bathroom). You can hear the neighbors next to you, especially the people above you. The SHARE building down the street allows tons of interesting people to walk down the alley and scream and yell horrible language. Glass in the alleyway that is never cleaned up. Cars have been broken into several times (yes, even with the garage- the gates takes at least 5 minutes after you drive in our out to shut). Mold is a problem for many tenents, but the rent is cheaper than the place around so they put up with it.
