Overall, not too bad. My major complaint is with the noise from upstairs; every step is heard with a resounding thud. The only other thing is that the bathroom is only accessable through the bedroom.

The management is good as is the maintenance. When I needed a new dishwasher and garbage disposal I got new ones installed in a timely manner. Parking is okay, it gargaged but there is absolutely no place to park for guests. They recently added a fitness center as well making the rent increase a bit more than expected. But for what you get and the location, you can't beat it.
