Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008
This place used to be ok a few years ago, but it's gone straight downhill.
First off, this place is dangerous. In the years I've been here I've had to call the cops 4 times. Once for a neighbor who was jacked up on PCP and screaming at 2 o'clock in the morning, and 3 times for homeless people sleeping in the stairwells and parking garages.
Also, the new management has been horrible the last 3 years. Every time you ask for a repair (big or small) you are ignored for weeks and if the job is ever done (after a lot of pestering) YOU have to clean up after the workers.
Apartment also tries to stick you with lots of fees not covered in the lease.
Leaving this Hell hole.
