I've lived here for almost a year and it's pretty good. the 2-bd. apartments get 2 parking spaces (tandem) in a garage, but there is no guest parking. The street is now residential permit parking only, so you can get visitor passes. There isn't much closet space which annoys me, only one closet in each bd. and that's it. We have had very minor maintenance issues since we moved in and the manager is responsive, but the guys he has working for him aren't that great. Some things are still not fixed properly. Also our carpet is pretty worn. I'd have liked a new carpet when we moved in, but oh well! Seems like they do things kind of cheaply. The manager isn't around much (although he does live in the apt. next to mine) so it is difficult to get info. from him. For the price we are paying you really can't beat it, but I'm thinking of looking for a nicer apt. soon. As for safety, I always feel safe around here. Traffic noise on Franklin is the only noise issue.
