Nice to live in

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Have lived here for 4 1/2 years. Is not great but is very comfortable.

When I first moved in there were many drunks around but this has changed to very few. What do you expect this is downtown Los Angeles. Even the high rent district has its drunks.

Will keep here as long as possible but the broadway-arcade building (when finished) might be in my future
