My apartment wasn't the greatest, mainly because it was pretty old and hadn't been cleaned in about 6 years (not the manager's fault as I moved into a roommate situation). I had a bug problem in my bathroom and kitchen, but it was probably a mixture of it being a pigsty and again, the lack of cleaning services in 6 years. Otherwise, the building has pretty nice amenities, having gone through a slight remodel in the past few years. The building manager, Bernard, is the most agreeable manager I've ever come across. He's very approachable, genuinely friendly, and wants to make the building a decent place to live (as he lives there too).

The parking is really tight, since it's an old building. The ceilings in the garage are low, and there's one lane going up and down the levels of the garage. However, everyone is really courteous and you never have trouble going up or down the garage floors.

Security is pretty great too, they were all really nice guys.

Overall, it's not bad if you're moving into a clean (clean meaning having been professionally cleaned) apartment here. The rent is really pretty cheap compared to buildings/lofts in the surrounding area.

NOTE: I'm recommending the place even though I had the bug problem (not just ants, but roaches of various sorts), because no one else I spoke to in the building had the same issue. I'm assuming it was just the bum room/apt I had rented.
