I lived here for a little over 2 years, moved out right after the new year. This was the only place I've ever rented so I don't have much to compare it too but I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to move downtown.

PROS:

1.) Thick walls, never once heard any noise coming from my neighbors and vice versa. Which was great cause I could watch movies as loud as I wanted in the middle of the night without ever pissing anyone off.

2.) 24/7 handymen - one time my sink started overflowing at 3 in the morning. They sent a guy down and it was fixed within 15 minutes.

3.) Good management - When I moved out I forgot to ask for my deposit back. A few months later the main manager apparently noticed this and went out of his way to get a hold of me so that he could return the money - which was pretty cool cause just about anyone else would've kept it.


CONS:

Location - right next to Skidrow... lots of drug dealers and prostitutes wander around the Spring and 7th area.

That's pretty much it.

did not push thru with premiere towers bec of my budget. but, yes, i did speak to the manager there, and i liked him out right. he was very accommodating. nice fellow. still planning on moving there when finances allow.
