Terrible place, cockroach problems everywhere.
Most important thing is the building manager is totally old, above 80! in very bad heath condition, and not responsible ( I don't think he is still able to be responsible). The owner is urgly and sneaky. He is using the old guy to save money.
The worst place I have ever lived in.
I moved out right after a few months, since no problems have been taken care of.
Don't live there, apt sucks!
