Tennants are very friendly. Good place to meet people. The couple that manages the property is very nice...it's the owner you need to watch out for. Owner has been sued by tennants due to lack of attention to maintenance and lost, so it is a good way to make money if your willing to put in the court time. Walls and glass panes are paper thin. Roaches and ants are non-paying residents. Neighborhood is scary. Move in with a watchdog. Dealers and gangs everywhere. Impossible for guests to visit due to the lack of street pkg or the homeless sleeping in available pkg. spots.
