It?s all circumstantial, but a bunch of old has beens, new never will bes, and some exceptions live here. The onsite landlord?s response time is slower than that of the average friendly pothead neighbor. Good luck if you get stuck in or out of the perpetually faulty gate to the parking, not to mention the quirky front door lock box. If you need help, call the main office in Santa Monica. It?s a little far to go to get a spare key, but they have a whole crew of people to choose from to get a job done. Sure, the paint doesn?t match up and the carpet is cheap, but the workers are friendly and the bugs do go away, even if it is only temporary. The ongoing project with the pipes and the Melrose style setting may lead to brief bouts of paranoia, but just take a deep breath and let it all go. If that doesn?t work you can always try the pharmaceutical section.

oh yeah. i forgot about the faulty gate in the back. i'm constantly held up in the morning standing in front of that gate with my clicker, clicking over and over for about 5 minutes until it works.
