Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
It's a great apartment if you are first moving to the LA area. The people there are quality, no scum or major drug addicts. Most people there have lived there long term. The carpets are still gross in the halls but if something is wrong it is always fixed right away. The upkeep is great. The gardener/pool person is there at least once a week, so the pool and grounds are never dirty. I would definitely recommend it as long as you are friendly and easygoing!
