Lived in this building when it was called "Hollywood Hawaiian Apartments". I could be wrong, this building goes back to the early 1930's. We lived there 1976-1978, the carpet in the hallways and apartments were horrible. Hot and cold running cockroaches everywhere. We once found a nude dead body on first floor hallway, (East side of building). We gave notice and moved to West Hollywood. The laundryroom is a good place for a rape, regardless of gender. Be afraid, be very afraid. It appears no changes, except name, have taken place. Oh, btw, we were in our mid twenties, we now own our own comfortable home.

You are wrong the building was built in the 50's. And the rest of what you wrote is ridiculous Bulls***. We at the Princess Grace have been very safe ever since people like you moved out???.I been there for over ten years. We couldn???t be happier now that your kind has left our building. So do us a favor--stay at you fleabag house and out of our very SAFE building. Oh BTW I looked up your address of your house it was a scene of a multiple murder including a violent rape of an elderly couple.
