If you ever wanted live in a frat house...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Bad water/plumbing, Mediocre maintenance, inept security. Housekeeping is so-so, would be better if the USC students didn?t leave empty beer bottles and vomit in the halls 24/7.
Apartments are BIG (1150 sq. ft.) with lots of closets. Free direct t.v. Administrative staff is friendly (if a bit indifferent). Buildings are old by L.A. standards (built in 1985) and lack architectural panache, but the location is very central.
Two bedroom apartments come with only one parking space, an extra parking space is $50 more a month and then it?s tandem only parking.
No crime to speak of, but a bit isolated. Great if you like anonymity and value your privacy. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
