The apartment's management team is terrible when it comes to repairs. I had a burned out lightbulb in my kitchen repaired 5 months ago and they still have not replaced the plastic sheet cieling tile that covers it.
In addition, they turn off the water often from 9am to 5pm "for repairs." Despite doing this however, plumbing problems often go unrepaired for up to 2 or 3 weeks at a time. I had a leaky bathtub spout for 4 months.
There is an organization of people trying to make this apartment nicer and to open up clear communications with management, howerver, management is very uncooperative. I am only living here until I graduate from college and can afford a better apartment. If you are looking for a place to live downtown and can afford it, I recommend the Medici.
