This large complex could have the potential to be a nice place to live. However, in reality, current management has totally run down this place. I doubt it's intentional, but it's more from incompetence. The current on-site manager is not suited for this job.

The specific problems are as follow:

1. Parking is horrible - you risk losing or damaging your car in this complex.
2. Common area is constantly trashed by bad tenants.
3. Units overlooking freeway face noise problems.
4. Security is poor.
5. Parking is horribe - I thought I'd reiterate.
6. You pay a lot of money to live here. They claim that they charge market or below market...I think that's untrue.
7. Plumbing is horrible - water is brown coming out of faucet.
8. Laundry rooms are insufficient - one one dryer and washer per floor.
9. Parking is horrible - for both tenant and guests.
10. Mgmt has no clue how to run a complex this size.
