OMG!! I thought I would have a great time living in this apartment complex. When the tour guide showed me various apartment rooms, they were nice...etc.
However, after I moved into my 1-bedroom apartment, there were plumbing problems.
I remember once that the water couldn't drain, and dirty water from other apartment complexes were flooding my sink! The smell was NASTY! I will never forget that experience.
Then there's the HORRIBLE parking policy. If the 6th floor is full, you must park on the 3rd floor where the parking attendants take your keys. I've had TWO experience where the parking attendant scratched my car! The first time they did it, the parking manager didn't seem to want to listen to my concern. In fact, the parking manager is an ------- (Ole the b*tch). But the second time around, the parking attendant admitted to scratching my car, so they had to pay for it (which they DESERVED to do!).
Now, the card-swiping maching to enter the parking lot is broken,...and has been broken for the last month. I told the girl at the manager office to have the machine fixed. She told me that day that some repairmen will arrive and fix the card device. What a liar. It's still broken and causes hazardous situations for cars entering the structure (1st street entrance) the wrong way.
All in all, Promenade Tower is actually Promenade Prison!
