Promenade Towers

Promenade stinks. Period. From: dawtse Date posted: 1/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Promenade is absolutely the worst managed living complex I've ever lived in. The place itself and its location is not bad, but the management absolutely stinks. Parking's horrible (valet' who the f**k has valet for resident parking' Only G&K properties...), you can never find a parking spot on your "assigned floors" after rush hour. Also, the elevators seem to "haunted" as they come and go (and STOP!) as they please. You might think that the mgmt and parking situation doesn't really intefere with your living, but it does. DON'T RENT PROMENADE TOWERS, YOU'LL REGRET ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
