Convenient to working downtown.

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1998
At the 7th floor and below, it is fairly quiet. Above the 7th floor, the building closest to the freeway does not protect you from the very noisy freeway.
The air conditioning does not always get cool enough.
Great views of downtown.
Despite patrolling security guards, I was aware of robberies by knife and by gun point in the garage. Automobiles were broken into on several occasions.
Aside from the garage problems, I never heard of any problems in the residences.
When they turn off the fountains late at night, it is noisy below the 7th floor.
