MOLD, BAD PLUMBING, NO HEAT...

This is the worst apartment we've ever lived in. NO ONE follows through with problems, and the ENTIRE STAFF is faulty. In less than 6 months, we have had to have the refrigerator replaced, both toilets have flooded repeatedly creating immense water damage, there is mold growing on almost every wall in the entire apartment, the heater has been broken for 3 months (and counting... now it only blows COLD AIR!!!), the kitchen sink garbage disposal has broken, the elevators are ALWAYS broken, the hallways smell like fish and seaweed, the oh-so-luxurious hot tub is always broken, they turn the water off about once a month, the fire alarms go off at random times, the washer and dryer (one of each per floor) are constantly broken, homeless people camp out in the entrance to the parking lot, the maintenance staff as well as the parking attendants don't speak English, there's not enough parking, the first 2 months we moved in (during summer) the air conditioner was broken, and although we live on the 10th floor, if the windows are left open, we get hundreds of flies. Oh, and if for some strange reason you DO decide to move here, you'd better get used to the sounds of sirens and car horns, because this dump is right next to the local fire department and the 110 freeway. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! YOU DESERVE WAAAAAY MORE FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
