This apartment is the worst! I've lived in downtown for the past 7 years and this is by far the worst apartment complex that I've come across. Parking is the worst. The parking attendents have misplaced my car over a dozen times. They even lost the keys to my car, forcing me to get new custom keys made. When I confronted the parking manager Ole about this, his response was "This kind of stuff happens all the time!" On top of that, today they towed my car for no reason!!! I missed work, class, and I have to pay over $350 to get my car out. I'm filing a lawsuit! Further, one of my friends came over to visit and the parking attendant went home with her keys! I'm moving ASAP! In terms of the maintenance crew, they leave jobs half way complete and leave your apartment in a wreck! They have damaged so many of my things that I had to file 2 insurance claims against them, that have yet to be resolved. Please, please, please, save yourself a headache and don't even think about moving in here.

This Parking Attendant is very rude. I visited Leasing Office last week, however, I am not able to park small place because, my car is bigger. This parking attendant ask me to park small place. I knew, can not park there. If park there, I wll get scrach. So, I decide to not visit this apt leaseing office.
