OK, let's be honest, if you want perfection in a place to live, you can buy your own house and do what you want with it. However, as apartment buildings go, this one is not THAT bad. The parking (for visitors) is a problem sometimes, and there are 3 cars allowed per apartment, not 2. If you park on the 6th floor, you never have to wait for someone to get your keys for you.
The A/C on the top floors could be better (colder), but they do come out and get it fixed quickly when you request it. I have been there about 6 months, and the water has only been off 2-3 times total, not per week like other people say.
We live in LA, there's a reason this building has a lot of residents, it's cheaper than others. You get what you pay for, but for the price, in this area, it's acceptable.
The elevators always work, there are three so I've never had to wait for one because they were not working.
Only one MAJOR complaint. When you have to pick up your mail, there are frequently bugs in that area, and that is disgusting because they can get in the elevators and follow people up.
