Promenade Towers

You get what you pay for. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have been at Promenade Towers for 2 1/2 years while commuting to school. The apt is probably the best apartment I have ever lived at. However, like other people have noted, the parking is horrendous. If you are the patient type it is manageable but if you are sometimes required to be places on time expect to have a 15 minute delay. Apart from that, there are annoying fixes to the plumbing system which come in spurts. On 2 separate occasions they were occuring every month, but then there were times when it never got shut down. Overall, the place is known for being the cheapest luxury apartment in downtown los angeles. If you expect to get the same quality as Medici or Bunker Hill Towers then you should not expect to pay such cheap rent. Almost everyone who works there is easy to get along with, but of course you can't expect friendly service if you go in there complaining. The location is really convenient to all freeways 10,110,5... So if you are looking for a decent place to live and can deal with the whole parking situation, then this place is really worth the price.
