This place is mismanaged and neglected. You never see the Property Manager and when you ask to see her most of the time she is avoiding tenants. Our water in the north tower is shut off almost every other week and sometimes there are emergency repairs in between. We do not have a constant flow of hot water. Whenever you turn your faucet on you don't know if you will get hot water or not. You leave it on for 10 minutes hoping hot water will come, sometimes you will sometimes you won't and often it is lukewarm if you are lucky. Office receptionist is a moroon and knows nothing of what is going on. Worst of all he will not even listen to your problems but tells you to hold on forever. When you get really pissed off he will even lie to you to get you off the line. We are looking for another place to live in. It is also very noisy specially in the pool area in the summer and manager says they can make noise until 11:00 p.m. HAS SHE HEARD OF NOISE BY LAWS IN LA' I'm not sure she knows what she is doing or does she know what is going on.
Just stay away if you don't want aggravation.
