Promenade Towers

SLUM LIVING From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This place is a slum. It looks good when you are taken on the "tour". The office is nicely decorated and air-conditioned and the management is so polite and deferential. Then you move in. It's a cockroach infested slum with vile sociopathic managers and moronic slugs for maintenance men. (I'm being charitable in my assessment) The water is turned off frequently, the air-conditioning seldom works and the sinks back up with sewage. The walls are thin so not only can I hear my elderly neighbor hack every morning for 20 minutes or more but every evening my apartment is permeated with the pungent smell of his garlic saturated dinner. Now, if any of this sounds good to you, go right ahead and rent the apartment from hell!!!
