Things have reeeeeally changed since I've lived there. I've lived there in 97 and I have nothing but good memories from that place. I had to double check to make sure this was the building I lived in. I still talk to my friends about that place, so maybe I should stop. Back in the days (before the Bush era) things went as follows (lived a year there): AC worked just fine, never once did they shut the water, elevators always worked as everyting else inside the apartment, carpets were clean and the hall was carpeted. Noise''' faul smells' bugs'''' dirty facilities''' none of that in my time. Parking was never a problem nor was security. The staff was very polite and efficient(manager included - a guy back then). I sure don't understand what happened but i dare say this is a bad manegement problem, because back then the Promenade Towers lived up to their fame and prices. A shame really
