In 1.5 years there, I have enjoyed my stay. For the price, it is much better than other places I have seen.

I have not had serious problems there. Occasionally the washer or dryer breaks, and once in a while an elevator stops, but these things are to be expected by reasonable people. They do not have control of some of their vendors and they need to work on this. But all in all, it is a quiet (almost too quiet) environment for either studens or professional people. The construction using cement walls between units lends itself to a quiet atmosphere.
I cannot understand the relatively low rating that is given to the Promenade Towers here.
