Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I lived in Promenade towers for 3 months in 2006, but terminated my contract with them b/c they were HORRIBLE. Within those 2 months, I had constant leaks from my neighbor. When i would come home, they would forget to take a HUGE fan that took up half my studio and leave because it struck 5pm(when they get off work). I had to drive home to my parents place to sleep for the night. I asked the manager to redo my bathroom floors b/c they hadn't been done before i came in, the next thing i know the toilet is in the bathtub and i have a hole in my bathroom. B/c it struck 5pm, the workers decided to finish the job the next day and i had no bathroom for the night.
SERIOUSLY, save yourself the trouble... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
