You take the bitter with the sweet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008   I've been around for a while, shortly after it was built; it was an upscale establishment which I enjoyed. Overall, have enjoyed my stay until the last few years as I have watched it deteriorate and the calliber of people they rent to has gone down. The staff overall has been good to me but they should when you deal with the water being turned off on a monthly basis sometimes 2-3 times; elevators down at least monthly. If you are coming for a short stay fine; but more and more it is reminding me of the "projects".
