here are some advise for those who are thinking about renting at promenade.

1) get a unit on 11th floor or above.(cleaner, no rat, roaches, or fly)
2) all north facing units are pretty nice, not too hot in the summer and warm in the winter.
3) if you are renting 2 bedrooms you get to ask for assign parking in the upper floors without having attendents touching your car. if you live by yourself, you just have to deal with the parking issue (which most people have to deal with living in down town on a budget)
4) east tower is better then north, north is better then south tower.
5) 1 bedroom 1 den is the best deal, you can live like a 2 bedrooms with share bathroom.

it is a very cheap place in a better neighborhood in downtown. but if you really can't deal with the parking issue, the works of maintainance they always do, just pay couple hundred dollars more and rent a place accross the street (bunker hill tower) they don't have those problems at all.
