Great management!

Even though it's a huge complex, Jamie in the office always remembers me (and my apartment number) no matter how long it's been since she's seen my face. The staff is very nice and they are always on top of the maintenance. It's in an awkward location (cell reception is bad and many places don't deliver) and the apartments are set up in such a way that there's no straight shot in to many units from the parking structures or street. Pulling out onto Los Feliz can be a hassle, especially if you need to turn left (the trick is to wait for the light at Glen Feliz to turn red). Parking in the other garage might be better since it enters from a side street. The neighborhood is nice and there are some great bars and restaurants in walking distance. It's a little expensive but at least they take good care of you. You have to pay extra for a refrigerator and the pet deposit is $400 per cat! Parking in the garage is $20 per month for the roof and $35 per month covered. The gym, pool and computer room (free internet) are VERY nice. For the location, it's really a nice place.
