I moved in recently and I could not have picked a better place to live! The management here is great and extrememly helpful. The apartment was spotless during move-in and management made me feel extrememly welcome. I had a couple of maintenace problems (i.e. door lock not working, air conditioner not working well), and these were corrected within hours of my complaint. The maintenance man was also very friendly and efficient. Everything turned out to be a thousand times better than I even expected.

The pool is great and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The gym and the internet cafe here are also really great! This complex is also centrally located to a variety of major attractions in L.A.!

I live on the first floor and I have never heard anyone noise from any of my neighbors. Actually, I was shocked after reading some of the other reviews because I have never been disturbed by outside noise. All of my neighbors appear to be friendly and nice. Most importantly, I feel really safe here and I absolutely love the surrounding neighborhood. Griffith Park is right next door and there are a bunch of great restaurants and cafes on Hillhurst (a few blocks down).

I honestly have no complaints whatsoever about Rancho Los Feliz and if I had to do it all over again I would pick this complex in a heartbeat. This is an overall great value and a wonderful place to live!
