I don't have quite as many gripes about this place as the previous writer. The grounds are very nice. My selling point was the trees and that I felt safe coming in late at night. The parking around here isn't good at all. My apartment gets very little light, my mom told me to make sure that I go outside frequently as to not get depressed. It's a 50/50 split for noisy/quiet(and yes you can hear your neighbors copulating). The lighting in some areas is good and not so much in others. my apartment/building does have a lot of evident water damage. You can see where they have just painted and glued things together to cover it up. The common areas are kept clean.The thing that I had to get used to is when people go in and out of their apartments/building my windows vibrate violently...even at 3 am.
