I have lived here for almost a year now. I actually live in what Rancho calls an "efficiency" but I have a full kitchen a large window, and about 300 square feet of floor space, so, not too shabby. Not to mention the fact they take FANTASTIC care of the place. The grounds are full of trees and plants, and a man-made creek that really adds to the tranquility of the place. The pool is BEAUTIFUL, and cleaned on a regular basis, as is everything here. Any time I have had a problem, my calls are returned the same day, by 6pm, or the following morning, and that is just the office. I had a random noise problem, called the security guard, and he took care of it, within ten minutes!! I am a gym rat, and the fitness center here is pretty nice. Can't beat good equipment, water, and two cable TV's. Oh yeah, and they have coffee, tea, and cookies in the office EVERY SINGLE DAY! It is almost bizarre how much the management cares about the place. Love it. I feel safe, and suggest anyone new to LA check this place out. Upon move in, I was also welcomes with a $25 gift certficate to Target. Not much, but way more than I expected.

PS: They do not offer parking for "efficiencies," but the neighborhood behind the complex is super easy to find spots in. I haven't had any problems. There is parking for studios and all other apartments.
