not that great

That whole post about there being balconies for every unit is a LIE!!!!!!! There is a tiny "catwalk" barely six inches wide outside of our window. Hardly a balcony! This is the norm for most of the units.
The onsite staff are very sweet, but totally unable to solve minor problems between tenants. The main problem in this building is the noise. Most people who live here are mid twenties and very LOUD. Music, heavy traffic, and loud sex. The management can't solve the problem, even though it says on the lease agreement that after 9pm there is to be little to no noise at all. Most people seem nice, the others just ignore you.
The hallways are very dark, and the carpeting is usually very dirty. But the parking, pool, and sauna are great. I wouldn't use the hot tub though. It's usually really slimy looking. The outside landscaping is flawless.
I wish I could say that this place was great because it's really centrally located, and should have been perfect given all the great amenities. But, we can't wait to move out. It's way too expensive for what you're getting. We should have known though....when we were moving in, a nice couple was moving out. They said they couldn't stand sleeping with earplugs anymore. Now I understand what they meant.
