I love pets, but their owners have no respect for their surroundings and neighbors. These pet owners allow their pets to defecate in the halls and the sidewalks without picking up after them. Worse than the uneducated and inconsiderate low lives of owners is the pissant property owner and management of Reno Street Apartments for condoning it. This is a serious health hazard.

The elevator is broken more often than it is working. My outgoing mail was stolen. The workout room is trashed. The water out of the pipes are brown and have a smell. For nearly three weeks, the water heater was broken. The evening security is useless.

When I first moved in, I told the manager that the car next to mine was dinging my door and I had their car's paint as evidence, and he couldn't do anything. The sub-human beings working here are a total waste of space.

Nothing ever gets done on time. They promise they'll come during a portion of the day, but no one ever does. No communication. The manager doesn't speak English so I am forced to fax my repair requests and even that is broken.

The management here have more excuses and barely any solutions. Problems are only acted upon after it has reached aggravation. Nothing gets fixed amicably, you have to start yelling or nothing will happen.

In the apartment, their is a 1970's style furnace that is attatched directly to the wall in the living room. It is centered on the longest wall and does not allow for placement of larger furniture.

I've had the same experiences!!! Oh, and also, don't swim in the pool because it's half pee. And, be prepared to take them to court when you move out, because they WILL steal your security deposit.
