Echoing the last review. Reno Street Apartment is indeed hell on earth. Nothing gets fixed on time and the security does nothing but walk around talking on his cell phones. When problems arise, the security is nowhere to be found. This is a pet friendly apartment so it smells like a swamp. The management hires only one front desk person and she is nowhere to be found most of the time. You cannot find anybody working after 4:00PM so for those working folks, they have no one to talk to about apartment problem after they come home.

I was also recently informed that a group of gangsters now inhabit on the first floor near the pool. They cause commotion all the time and fights broke out a few times in the past few months. The management does nothing. Many places in the apartment leak when it rains.
