I have been living/working at The Reserve for two years now and I love it. It is right up the street from the fashion district which is perfect for my business. My customers are very high end and extremely picky so I really needed someplace with a nice image, high security and professional staff. The maintenance staff is awesome, Miguel is there whenever I need anything fixed almost immediately with a smile on his face. Norman, the head security guard, watches over the place like it is his own and is so helpful. There are several other guards who are really nice but I can't remember their names. There was a really nasty woman working in the office during this past summer, Lisa--but they got rid of her quick--thank goodness. The office people now are really nice and super helpful. My neighbors are great and networking has really helped my business to expand. I would totally recommend this place!

If I see my name posted in anything having to do with this property in a negative way one more time, I will sue everyone involved, from this fake resident named Thomas to Ownership for allowing it to happen. I am not kidding! I was involved with this property for 4 years and provided them an enire operation so they could do business. I provided top notch customer service to all residents, all the time. So, go on and write one more negative thing with my name attached...I dare you. People...if you are reading this garbage, read between the lines. It will tell you everything you need to know about this property. I have been gone for a long time now, check out how all the comments were positive until then. Go on..."THOMAS" write something else.....I'll be waiting.
