I just moved out because I couldn't take it anymore! The staff never smiles, doesn't listen to you and is just plain rude! The place is not clean, people party all the time and they are loud! No one does anything about it.
I had so many problems getting things fixed it's just ridiculous! The maintenance man would come, but the owner never gave him what he needed to fix things. He always tried his best, and was really nice about it, but I could tell he was just as frustrated as i was. It was just too much for me to take anymore. The prices for these lofts are not worth what you get or what they tell you they are going to deliver.
It was a waste of my time. I will never live there or refer anyone I know to live there. Sorry people, but the truth is the truth. The place is getting worse everyday. Good bye and good riddance. You can have the rats that run all over the place, the smokers that don t care how nasty it stinks up the hallways and all the trash everywhere in the garage.
Of course, if you are someone that enjoys that type of place to call home move right on in, they will promise you the world and deliver you nothing.

There is a past manager (Lisa) that writes these hate filled false reviews. She disrespects all the people SHE approved to live there... Why does this website allow a fired past building manager with a drug problem to continue to lie about her past choices?
