This is one of the only buildings in downtown that is actually a New York Style Loft. 18' ceilings, some units with overhead loft spaces.
I have lived here for over one year, and love it. It doesn't stink. It has electronic entry, 24hr security guards, and external security cameras.
The neighbors are virtually all friendly and welcoming.
Walking distance to Ralphs Fresh Fare Supermarket.

I live here too and I love it!! I have to say that a previous review made me hesitant, but everything that person wrote was not true. The Reserve is in a great area, walking distance to everything. I feel totally safe here! The staff is great too!

My partner and I live in the reserve. We have been here a year and just renewed. I am very picky about my living space and find the facility, services upscale and staff to be responsible. We feel safe and walk our dog everyday. This was a smart move for us.
