I lived there for one year now. I love the location. Everything is walking distance. The Museums, the stores, restaurants, music shops, gyms, parks, dance clubs, theatres, etc. Beverly hills, hollywood, and sunset are a short drive and it?s midway between downtown and the beach. The apartments are clean and the parking is good. Maintenance is not a problem. It is a little expensive, but you pay for the location. One problem is an occasional homeless person will sleep outside right in front of the building on the curb. Also, the locks could be fixed to work better. The washing machines DONT work very well and are 2 dollars to wash and dry! Lastly, the showers are low flow and noisy. Controlling the shower temperature sucks. It is either too hot or too cold.
Lastly, the building's elevator is the slowest in the world.





All in all, I give the apartment an eight out of 10.
