I lived here before the new management (RW Selby) took over. They immediately raised the rent 25% and that's if I signed a 6 month lease! Otherwise, it would have gone up 46%!! They didn't do much improvement other than repaint the doors and trim a different color and change the door hardware. Nothing on the interior of my apartment has changed! The elevators keep breaking down! There are 2 elevators for the building but not only are they not timed to be efficient, but one wasn't working for a few months! It's totally ridiculous. The management has done NOTHING to apologize for the delay; other buildings would have at least offered car washes or gift certificates for Starbucks but this management DID NOTHING. All we got was a mass letter posted on everyone's doors essentially shrugging their shoulder to say 'sorry'. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I agree with what has been said about the construction and the elevator problems. The decisions are made by the higher ups not the poor manager that has to deal with everyones complaints. My heart goes out to the young lady who manages this building. If we want action, we have to write to the building owner. I do realize when properties are bought and sold, rents have to increase in order to pay the bills. Construction is never pleasant but won't last forever. I'm looking forward to seeing the final outcome. If I'm not happy, then I'll move. We are renters not property owners. I can buy my own Starbucks.
