I lived in a 4th floor 2bed/2bath with Gill and then Wannis as managers. Not only was my apartment spacious and well-maintained, energy efficient and quiet, but very reasonably priced. The view was amazing from my apartment and I felt very safe with the security in the building.
The neighborhood is not the best, but this apartment community - complete with the unusual lobby and open-air corridors - is one of the last jewels of Hollywood.
