I absolutely love living here. Wannis is a great manager. Very friendly and accessible. The grounds are well-maintained and very clean. The garage and lobby are safe. I live in a 2bdrm/2bath and it's incredibly spacious for a Hollywood apartment! Great views (I'm on the 3rd floor) and surprisingly very quiet, given we are just off of Sunset. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to live in Hollywood. Perfect walking distance from Hollywood & Highland, restaurants, bars and Hollywood "hot spots."
