| 05/19/2011 | The manager here is a very nice guy. The units are relatively inexpensive (albeit small) for downtown. However, in my 2 years here I come to find the following unacceptable. 1. Bed bugs plague many floors (my unit included) 2. They will let ANYONE into the building off the street, even though the building is located very close to skid row. 3.
