I've lived here for a year and love the location. It's walking distance to Larchmont Village. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the Grove & the Farmer's Market.
Really, it's in the center of everything.

There is no elevator, so you have to lug your luggage & groceries up each flight of stairs.
The landlord is really cheap and it's impossible to get any maintenance done. He charges for the slightest bit of work so you are better off doing it yourself.
There is no parking so if you have a newer car, expect it to get dinged because nobody knows how to park.
